Unfortunately, previously earned items cannot be transferred between accounts, but with the correct link, you will be able to obtain future drops. If you're not sure which account is connected to your Twitch account, we recommend that you reconnect your account, using the steps above. If you do not want to connect a Steam account, follow the steps above, but instead of clicking on the Steam icon, enter your username (email) and password.

Please do not open a ticket until after 72 hours have passed. After clicking “claim” it will take up to 72 hours for them to appear in your Conqueror's Blade web inventory. Starting October 2020, rewards have to be claimed in the Twitch inventory instead of being sent automatically.
